FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Do you accept insurance? 

No. We do not accept insurance because we are not licensed mental heatlth therapists. We are Board Certified Biblical Counselors. However, we are a 501c3 non-profit organization, and because of our donors, we are able to keep our rates reasonable.

• Do you ever meet clients in-person?

No. We offer 100% fully virtual services.

• Do you only meet with couples? 

No. We also meet with individuals.

• Do I have to be married to be able to schedule a session?

No. 

 • If my spouse dosen't want to join me, can I still schedule a session for myself?

Absolutely. We meet with many individuals who desire to grow in their marriage.

• How long do the sessions last?

Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. We typically meet most couples once a week for an average of anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks, or longer, depending on the couple's needs.

• Are you affiliated with any particular denomination?

No. We are Bible-based non-denomination.

• Are you affiliated with any church?

No. However, We do attend church regularly at a Bible-based non-denominational church.

• What is your training & education?

We both have a Psychology/Christian Counseling degees from Liberty University and also multiple certifications from AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors)/Light University. However, we believe that the Holy Spirit qualifies the called, and no matter what the training, the Holy Spirit leads and guides every session, and we follow His lead.

• What is the process if I would like to set up a session?

You can contact us by phone, email, or by our website messaging system, and inform us you would like to schedule a session. We will then respond back by confirming your request and send you the link to complete an intake form prior to your first session. Once the intake form has been completed and received, we will contact you for scheduling. Upon scheduling we will then send you a Zoom invite to confirm your session.
